What a written offer contains
- Every item and quantity, named so you can compare it elsewhere.
- The price of each item and the total.
- Delivery or pickup, with a date or a range.
- Every fee, if there is one: delivery, handling, restocking.
- Return and cancellation terms, including anything that cannot be returned once cut, tinted or opened.
